WeArt Festival is pleased to announce the WeArtist 2013, Julia Dierickx-Brax. This young Parisian artist, graduated in Fine Arts from Sorbonne’s University, amply deserves to be the WeArtist 2013 because of the originality of his work and the use of a unique material: small nails interwoven with threads that weave plots and join points generating large and three-dimensional images, such as the feeling that conveys her work, tranquillity and harmony that transport the viewer to an eternal dream.
You can visit her exhibition at the opening of Weart Festival, within the Street Art section, the next October 11, in Studiostore gallery, between 10:30 to 19:30 p.m.
As Laura Clement, Director of La Pan Gallery says, “Her drawings come from observation of the sleepy body and reflect on the unconscious state of human as a metaphor for eternal sleep”. You can not miss it!
